TMS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fuel True Independent Energy and Convenience Association and provides a complete line of services to help tank owners with UST/AST compliance: A/B operator training, class C training, leak detection for USTs, inventory control training, risk management & loss control as well as tank audits.  TMS also provides motor fuel tax filers with electronic data interchange (EDI) for filing returns with the Kansas Department of Revenue.
